These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://www.hendrickshorsemanship.com (“Site”) and participation in our services, including horse clinics, lessons, and related content or products (“Services”). By using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that disrupts its functionality or security

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

  • Use the Site to transmit harmful or illegal content

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to the Site or Services at our discretion.

2. Booking, Payment, and Refunds

Clinic Registration:
Clinic and lesson registrations are available through our website. Your spot is not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Payment:
We accept payments via Square, PayPal, and Stripe. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Clinic Cancellation Policy

  • For Riders:

    • Cancellations 14+ days before the clinic: Full refund or transfer to a future clinic.

    • Cancellations 7–13 days before the clinic: 50% refund or transfer.

    • Cancellations less than 7 days before the clinic: No refund. You may transfer your spot to another rider (pending approval).

    • No-shows: No refund or transfer.

  • For Auditors:

    • Cancellations up to 3 days before: Full refund.

    • Less than 3 days before or no-show: No refund (to account for food planning, space, etc.).

I understand that life happens — if you have an emergency, please reach out. I’ll do my best to work with you when possible, especially if we can fill your spot.

3. Risks and Liability

Working with horses is inherently risky. By participating in any clinic, lesson, or activity offered by Hendricks Horsemanship LLC, you agree to assume all risk of injury or damage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hendricks Horsemanship LLC is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in our Services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including videos, text, logos, and images—is the property of Hendricks Horsemanship LLC or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

5. User Submissions

If you submit testimonials, comments, or feedback, you grant Hendricks Horsemanship LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content for marketing or promotional purposes.
